List of Salon Policies
Appointment Policy

� Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
� Gift certificates are available for any service, spa package or dollar amount.
� Gift certificates are for products & services only. They ARE transferable but non-refundable.
� Please give gift certificate # when scheduling your appointment & present upon arrival.
� Cancellations require a 24 hour notification or amount of scheduled service will be deducted from the certificate value.
� Returned checks accrue a $25.00 service fee.
� We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
� Prices are subject to change without notice.
� Gratuity has not been added to any prices.

Gift Certificate Policy:

� A gift certificate is for service(s) or spa packages only.
� Must be used prior to expiration date. If found to be void or expired the holder is responsible for payment of service(s).
� Lost or stolen gift certificates should be reported as soon as possible. Must have date of purchase & certificate number in order to void. A new number will be issued with a 10% service fee.
� If your certificate is a package or for a particular service, but the recipient would prefer a different service then the certificate would be converted to a dollar amount. A processing fee of $2.50 would be applied at the time of conversion.
� Holder is required to give the certificate number and accurate information when scheduling an appointment. If false information is given, recipient of services will be charged the difference.
� Cancellations require 24 hours notice or 25% fee will be deducted from the gift certificate.
Deidra Marcus Salon & Day Spa reserves the right to change policies contained herein without notice.

Gift Card Policy:

� A gift card is for a dollar amount only. ($20 minimum)
� Gift cards do not have an expiration. (A service fee of $2.50 per month will be assessed after 1 year of dormancy to maintain your account).
� Deidra Marcus is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Service Policy:

� Customer expectations may vary as in any service business.
� We strive to satisfy each customer beyond their expectations. However, we realize that this is not always possible.
� If you are not satisfied with any �visible� service, please contact Deidra Marcus Salon & Spa within 48 hours.
� We will re-do the original service to your satisfaction.
� We recommend & prefer that the original tech performs the �re-do�, although you do have the option of having another
tech perform the secondary service.
� If you do not show for a re-do appointment, we will assume you are satisfied with the original service.
� Please note, any additional services beyond the �re-do� service may carry an additional charge.

Product Returns:

� We will give store credit for any unopened merchandise returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
� All sales are final if merchandise has been used and/or opened.

Birthday Discounts:

We realize that your birthdays are a special day of the year. We will happily give a 10% discount on all products & services on, before, or the day after your birthday. A valid form of identification will be required to confirm birthdays. Some restrictions apply. Please call for more information.
